Domestic (House) cleaning

The time taken to clean a house depends on the amount of bedrooms, on average, if you have a 2 bedroom house the clean will take 2-3 hours, a 3 bedroom house, 3-4 hours and so forth. This is all negotiable and we are more than happy to follow your lead.

End of Tenancy/Spring/Deep Clean

The time taken will vary dramaticaly depending on individual circumstances.
Charges are slightly more for one off/end of tenancy/spring cleans - but include 2 cleaners, all consumables, vacuum, mop and bucket.

Within 5 miles of CB1

• £11 per hour if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £12 per hour if we provide materials
• £10 per hour for Ironing

• £11.50 per hr if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £12.50 per hour if we provide materials

From 10 to 15 miles of CB1 (min of 3hrs fortnightly)

• £12.00 per hr if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £13.00 per hour if we provide materials

• £32.50 per hour

From 15 to 20 miles of CB1 (min of 4hrs fortnightly)

• £12.50 per hour if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £13.50 per hour if we provide materials

From 20 to 25 miles of CB1 (min of 4hrs fortnightly)

Carpet cleaning

The time taken to clean a carpet depends on the number of bedrooms and size, a 2-3 bedroom small house will take 2-3.5 hours. We use a portable cleaner.
