Domestic cleaning and Ironing

The time taken to clean a house depends on the amount of bedrooms, on average, if you have a 2 bedroom house the clean will take 2-3 hours, a 3 bedroom house, 3-4 hours and so forth. This is all negotiable and we are more than happy to follow your lead.

Charges are slightly more for one off/end of tenancy/spring cleans - but include 2 cleaners, all consumables, vacuum, mop and bucket.

Cleaning Charges

Within 10 miles of CB1

• £10 per hour if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £11 per hour if we provide materials
• £10 per hour for Ironing

Upto 15 miles of CB1

• £10.50 per hr if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £11.50 per hour if we provide materials
• £11 per hour for Ironing
  
  One off clean/spring clean
• £27.50 per hour

Upto 20 miles of CB1

• £11.00 per hour if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £12.00 per hour if we provide materials
• £12 per hour for Ironing
  
• One off clean/spring clean
• £30.00 per hour

Upto 25 miles of CB1

• £11.50 per hour if you provide the materials (they must be environmentally friendly)
• £12.50 per hour if we provide materials
• £13 per hour for Ironing
  
  
• One off clean/spring clean
• £32.50 per hour

Carpet cleaning

The time taken to clean a carpet depends on the number of bedrooms and size, a 2-3 bedroom small house will take 2-3.5 hours. We use a portable cleaner.

£30 per hour within 15 miles of CB1*

£32.50 per hour within 20 miles of CB1*

£35 carpets per hour within 25 miles of CB1*
